- CSRIC, which started out as an idea between two faith-based schools, has become a comprehensive and fully compliant 403(b) retirement plan for employees of schools and other organizations across the country.
- The consortium is currently comprised of 15 faith-based schools and organizations located in three states: Michigan, Wisconsin, and New Mexico.
- The consortium’s member organizations employ more than 2,000 employees, and that number continues to grow. As CSRIC grows its asset base continues to expand.
- Consortium employers are able to determine for themselves important decisions about eligibility, level of employer match, employee education – all at an affordable and competitive rate. Simply stated, CSRIC is NOT a one-size-fits-all plan!
- Membership in CSRIC is not limited to faith-based schools and organizations in a particular state; it is open to employers across the country.
